The golf cart service was erratic, with long waits that really tested our patience—especially on rainy days when we were eager to get back to our room.

During my recent birthday celebration, I had an extraordinary stay at this luxurious resort. The warm welcome set a wonderful tone for my visit, and my swim-up suite was spectacular. Each meal, particularly the Jamaican jerk, was a culinary delight that exceeded my expectations. The butler service, especially from Jodi-Ann, Christopher, and Jahvai, was impeccable, ensuring my stay was as convenient and comfortable as possible. However, the resort could look into implementing a policy to prevent guests from reserving poolside chairs too early.

We loved the swim-up pool, the serene beach, endless drink options, and fantastic dining experiences at the Brazilian steakhouse.

The swim-up pool was super chill, and the staff were all so friendly. Special shoutout to our sweet waitress who treated us like family! The food was decent, especially loved the breakfast buffet. Only issue was sometimes waiting a bit long for room service, but they were always nice.

The grilled fish was a mouthwatering delight, fresh and bursting with local flavors! The staff were friendly and the dining places, like the Calypso and Jerk Hut, served up some tasty meals. Plus, the swim-up pool was a lovely chill spot to lounge the day away.

We were bummed about the lack of a warm welcome when we arrived—no cool towels or drinks! The beach area was a letdown too, smaller than expected with some seaweed issues, and the chair hogs made it hard to snag a spot.

The staff at Hyatt Zilara were simply fantastic. Always friendly and accommodating. Loved the swimming pool area. perfect for relaxing under the sun. The food exceeded my expectations, especially at the Jerk Hut and Urban Eats. Each meal was delicious and well-presented. Enjoyed the variety of drinks available. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, the beach was a letdown. It felt small and rocky, not ideal for a leisurely stroll. Also, there were too many guests reserving lounge chairs with towels. This made it challenging to find a spot, especially at peak times. The check-in process could have been smoother. I didn’t receive a welcome drink or any orientation upon arrival. The entertainment was fun, but I hoped for a bit more variety, especially in the evenings. All in all, a pleasant stay, but there's room for improvement in certain areas.

Just a nice choice for strolling around in Montego Bay with outstanding value for money. Sandy and Marsha at the buffet made my meal exactly as requested. Be sure to book your dining ahead of time to avoid hassles.
